The Yoga Connection 1103 LLC was formed in part because true yoga growth and practice needs connection. We are committed to learning from others, sharing our experiences, supporting other studios, and encouraging everyone to connect (and not compete) with one another. We loved the Friday Flow with Chelsey Owen. This classy studio is in a lovely district in Louisville. Chelsey is a salsa dancer also and her sequences are super creative.
