Private Sessions

We offer a variety of private sessions.
1) The Yoga Connection 1103 can create a custom yoga class for 1 or more students at an ideal time or location. We offer private classes for parties (couples, girls' night out, family reunions) or for a few friends to practice together regularly. Teens in teams, club sports, youth groups, etc. can arrange for a yoga class with Dan or Jess at the studio or another venue.  Contact us for pricing and scheduling.
2) Gentle Yoga with Thai Massage is a 1-hour experience at the studio that ends with a wine and cheese reception. The Gentle Yoga with Thai Massage can be for 1-2 people at the same time. This can also be a unique gift for a friend or applied on a gift card.
3) Instructional private classes will help a student work on asana form and building skills, such as arm balances. Dan and Jess can work with a student to get ideal poses and capture them with a picture. Contact us to inquire about prices and scheduling. Private prices start at $40/hour.
